During Tshechus, communities come together to witness religious mask dances, known as Cham dances, performed by monks and laypeople. One of the most famous Tshechus in Bhutan is the Paro Tshechu, held in the Paro valley near the iconic Taktshang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest).
